There are lots of ways to make guacamole. This simple guacamole recipe combines cilantro, salt and onion for a delicious addition to any Mexican meal.

Simple Guacamole - By Kids For Kids

I make my Chipotle meal with chicken and stir-fried onions and peppers.

Ingredients

  • 2 Hass avocados
  • 1/4 of an onion, chopped
  • Two tablespoons fresh or dried cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (more if needed)

Instructions

  1. Mash up ripe avocados with a fork.
  2. Add in chopped onions, cilantro and salt.
  3. Serve however you wish.
