Wanting to make these for our vacation trip, but am wondering how many muffins they make? I assume one dozen. Thanks!

Hi Julia!
I just added to the post – 8 large or a dozen small. Thanks for asking. I’m new at recipes. Kind of important to mention how many. 🙂

Have you ever added fruit to them? I have a few apples in the fridge that are past fresh-eating stage… but would be great for grating into a muffin recipe.
Andrea Fabry says
You can make applesauce and blend in when you mix up the ingredients are fold in some chunks. Sounds like a great idea, Elaine!
