Avocado Key Lime Pie
This low carb dessert offers plenty of healthy fat with a refreshing lime taste!
Ingredients
- Crust
- 1.5 cups almond meal
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 dates
- 1-2 tbls almond butter
- Filling
- 3-4 ripened avocados
- juice from 3-4 limes
- sweetener to taste
- optional: lime zest
Instructions
- Process crust ingredients in food processor.
- Press into pie plate.
- Set aside and clean food processor.
- Process filling ingredients until light and creamy.
- Spoon into crust.
- Place in freezer for a minimum of 15 minutes.
- Remove, cut and enjoy!
