This poultry spice blend is ideal for chicken and Mexican dishes!

I love this on chicken. The cilantro makes it unique and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine in glass jar. Stir with skewer. Enjoy!
