Brandon recently spotted some blanched almond flour in the fridge and created these biscuits!

Gluten-Free Biscuits with Almond Meal

Count on at least six biscuits when you make this simple grain-free biscuit!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine all in mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until the thick dough consistency is formed.
  3. Form into "patties" and press onto baking stone or cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
