This blend works great for ground beef or ground pork! You may even want to include this as a topping for your sausage pizza. If you’re missing some of these, no worries – use what you have on hand!

I tried this recipe today useing ground turkey. I love cooking but sometimes I am affraid to use spices, because I don’t know how a spice may compliment another. I had all the ingredients here but held back a bit on the salt since I have to watch my blood-pressure. I’m happy to have tried it and I made up a double batch because it will be a keeper. I’m trying to get away from processed food and this will be handy to have around any time a meal or recipe calls for sausage.
