These egg-free, grain-free cookies are my go-to for any holiday treat. With a silicone mold or decorative frosting, you can celebrate Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or even birthdays!
Egg-free, Grain-free Cookies
These flavorful gluten-free cookies melt in your mouth and are ideal for anyone with egg sensitivities or food intolerances. Blanched almond flour is preferred, although I’ve had success with unblanched almond flour. I add a bit of flax meal and garbanzo flour to avoid crumbling, but I find putting these cookies in the refrigerator after cooling helps them stay together for easy decorating. Of course, they are just as good straight out of the oven with no decorating!
One of my favorite additions in place of butter or ghee is Vanilla Bean Ghee. Find the recipe here.

How about food coloring? I use Color Kitchen’s Holiday Coloring for Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and St. Patrick’s Day. I also enjoy the selection offered by Color Garden.

Thank you for your info. I am 75 and I need to know how to care for myself and my family. My family thinks I am
Senile to worry about radiation and such. Even though I had 3 tumors removed from my thyroid and one side removed. 17 years ago I had a brain tumor and had lots of radiation. I appreciate all the help and ideas I can get. Please email me because I can not write off the articles that come on Facebook and can not copy them. Thanks, Gabrielle
